In this class at the Longmont location, explore the creative options provided by free-motion quilting; then expand those options with the addition of ruler quilting. Demonstration of the basic tenets as well as time for guided practice will be provided.

Sewing machine in good working order (machine must be able to lower feed dogs)
Power cord
Foot control
Bobbins
Sewing machine extension table (not mandatory but highly suggested)
Sewing machine manual
Silicon mat for machine (such as Supreme Slider or Sew Steady)
Free-motion quilting foot or Free-motion open toe quilting foot
Quilt ruler sewing machine foot (absolutely required for safety)
2 quilt sandwiches each measuring at least 22"x 22"
