You'll love creating this Colorado mountain inspired landscape quilt. It has it all, colorful green and gold aspen leaves, a meadow filled with wild flowers, snow capped peaks and clear blue mountain water. This is an appliqued quilt class to be held at our Longmont location. It is a 2 session class. This project is perfect for an advanced beginner or better sewist.
Please note that we will use the 2 classes to complete the center mountain scene. The borders, layering, basting and quilting* I assume you'll be able to complete on your own. *There is a separate Colorado Escape Follow-Up class that guides you through the quilting process if you're interested. You will need to register for that class if you want to participate.
Each student is required to have their own pressing station and iron. Unless you have your own, we sell wool pressing mats if you need one.
Required Pattern: Colorado Escape by Jackie Vujcich. Each student must have their own pattern please.
