Dress it Up! Wearable Art and Costuming Basics
Dana will bring her extensive knowledge of designing and creating wearable art and costumes to this lecture/demo class. She will discuss where to start, ideas for patterns, sketching ideas, changing garments you already own, finding supplies, and where to find inspiration to create your own fabulous designs. Dana has won several awards nationwide for her creations and will share with you what it takes to bring your ideas to life.

Note: The picture shows three of the costumes Dana has made. The dragon in the picture is one of her original creations and is actually a very large puppet. His eyes move and he blows smoke - the detail is absolutely incredible!
