Our sewing machine technician is Baby Lock certified, with over 20 years experience working on a variety of machine brands. Our certified vacuum technician can work on a variety of vacuums.- We recommend servicing sewing machines and vacuums at least once a year.
- We provide service and repair for most makes and models of sewing machines.
- We provide service and repair for most bagged vacuums.
- Shark and Europro sewing machines are hard to get parts for and are unrepairable.
- We do not work on Singer Touch & Sew or other Singer models that wind the bobbin in the bobbin case.
- Shark vacuums are not repairable by local dealers. The Shark company asks that consumers contact them directly.
- We do not service wet-vacuums, carpet shampooers, robot vacuums, or whole-house vacuums.
- Our service technicians may be available to diagnose issues at the counter, but normally machines will be checked in for diagnosis, service, or repair.
